Q. What if I don't see a Trust Earned Seal at my potential travel service provider?
A. You should ask yourself and then the travel service provider: Why wouldn't they participate in the only worldwide Seal program specifically designed to educate and protect travelers? A Travel Earned Trust Seal on a company's web site (which you can click to verify) is your only means to know that the company agrees to comply with the rules and standards of conduct that Trust Earned Travel has established. There's no cost to the business so why wouldn't they comply with this recognized program?

Q. How do I register a complaint about a TET Seal Holder and what happens next?
A. When we receive a complaint about a TET Seal Holder, we will communicate the issue with the company and encourage them to resolve it to your satisfaction. All TET Seal Holders agree to work diligently to fairly resolve any complaint or dispute with a customer. If we don’t believe a fair resolution is reached, the complaint is recorded on the report about that company or we will terminate that company’s TET Seal. We take these matters very seriously.

Q. How do I see if a traveler provider has any complaints against it?
A. You can use our search box at the top of the page to enter any key words, including a portion of, or, the entire name of a travel provider and our search technology will go through all of our databases and articles and return results from the key word search you have entered.
